Application Process

1. Request an application form.

The form asks for general details about your firm, your skills and experience in providing international legal services, and for two references.

2. Return the completed application form.

There is no cost to apply.

3. Once completed, the application form is circulated to our Board of Directors for acceptance.

If we need any further information, we will get in touch with you before making any decision.

4. Pay the administration fee and annual membership fee.

Fees are set according to the size of the firm and the number of partners or directors/principal shareholders.

5. Sign the Quality Code.

All members are required to do this to confirm their compliance and must acknowledge the Association's Rules and Regulations, and confirm they will abide by those.

Inclusive Recruitment Policy

World Link for Law does not offer exclusivity, but equally, we have no desire to create conflict amongst members. Collaboration is always encouraged between members.

The potential appointment of another member in the same country or region as an existing member depends on many factors, including the size of the existing firm, the size of the country/economy, regional cultures/languages, legal specialisations, and the wishes of other members.

The final decision to appoint a new member lies with the Board, but an existing full member will always be consulted about the potential appointment of another firm in the country of an existing member, and the Board must consider their views on any possible negative impact.
